Volunteer

Help us pack life-saving meals for children around the globe by signing up for one or more meal-packing shifts!

FMSC is requiring that volunteers register in groups of 1-10 people. These groups should be comprised of people who are comfortable with NOT being socially distanced from each other, but groups will remain distanced from all others while volunteering. In order to maximize the number of meals packed, please consider organizing a group with the most people possible. For example, 2 families who already socialize with one another and feel comfortable, coworkers who work with one another on a regular basis, small groups who meet regularly. You will pack meals at a station only with the people in your group.

COVID Safety Precautions

  • If you are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19, have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, or if you/anyone in your household is awaiting for COVID test results, please stay home.
  • All volunteers are expected to follow CDC guidelines related to masks. Masks are strongly recommended for all staff and volunteers regardless of vaccination status. FMSC will not request proof of vaccination and trusts its volunteers and staff to make decisions that will best support the health and safety of all.
  • FMSC will practice social distancing and have increased disinfecting and COVID related cleaning protocols.
  • Volunteer group size is currently limited to accommodate social distancing requirements. Volunteers are required to register in groups of 1-10 people.
