Grade 6-12

Student Ministry is where youth in grades 6-12 worship God, form lasting relationships, and serve in the world. There is a lot to Student Ministry at Prince of Peace!

Theme: Fall Registration

StuMin will be the Christian Life Center Family Room this fall. See the full schedule and room assignments here. It will be a tight fit, but it will help us to prepare for being under one roof and it will keep kids and volunteers safer in the colder months.

Volunteer Opportunities

StuMin Planning

Every Tuesday from 3:00-4:00pm in Jason’s office, the StuMin team gathers to plan weekly ministry, trips, and events. We would like to have regular input from students and adults at these meetings. This is a great way to get volunteer hours! Please RSVP by contacting Jason Kramme.

StuMin Band and Production Team

Would you like to learn how to run stage lighting, run sound, create media presentations, or play in the StuMin Band? If so, you are invited to join the StuMin Band and Production Team. Please contact Russ Parrish with your name, email, availability, and areas of interest.

Summer StuMin

We need adult chaperones to help us supervise activities, prepare snacks, and lead programming. If you would like to help, contact Jason Kramme.

If you have questions about Student Ministry at Prince of Peace, contact Jason Kramme.

If you have questions about your registration, contact Dawn Ridgway.

Affirmation of Baptism (Confirmation)

In Affirmation of Baptism (offered in the fall and spring), students commit to taking the lead in their own life of discipleship. We approach each of the participants as if they are characters in a subplot of God’s great story.

Then, applying the principles of what makes a truly great story, help them clarify and bring meaning to the life they commit to during Affirmation of Baptism. Along the way we’ll learn about who God is, who we are, the story we’re a part of, and the life we’ve been called to.

Two sessions are offered, one in the spring and one in the fall. Each session consists of 10 classes on Sunday mornings. Each session culminates in a celebration with the entire Prince of Peace community during weekend worship.
