Bottom Line: Peace | Prove you care more about others by being part of the solution

This week, we’ll wrap up Jump Ball! — our March series on peace by asking the question, What are ways you can be a peacemaker? It’s one thing to say that peace is important, it’s another thing to actively work toward making peace. As families go about their day, the encouragement is to stop, look around, and see how they can help make peace between people we know who are experiencing an argument. In our text for today, Abigail intervenes when her husband picks a fight with David. Not always easy to do…but, with God’s help, we have the opportunity to make a huge difference in the lives of others! Peace is often about helping stop an argument before it escalates into something worse. After all, sometimes our outside perspective is what others might need to see a peaceful solution! This week, we’ll be challenged to be peacemakers as we focus on proving we care more about others by being part of the solution.
