What to Expect
Come as you are!
Whether you enjoy dressing up for worship or just rolled out of bed, we are excited to see you! There is no dress code at Prince of Peace, and we want you to be your most comfortable self.
Sunday worship services take place in the Sanctuary at the top of the big central stairway. (There are elevators there, too!) The Saturday worship service takes place in the chapel on the main floor right next to the front door.
We offer communion at every Saturday service, and the first Sunday of each month at all services.
Children are always welcome. Please check the Connect Desk at the top of the stairs if you need assistance or if you would like to submit a prayer request or connect into the Prince of Peace community. Also, ask about our sensory room!
CLASSIC SERVICE | SUNDAYS 8:45 am
The classic service features the Celebration Choir and Praise Band. Enjoy a mix of popular hymns and modern worship songs, supplemented by the POP Brass Choir, Flute Ensemble, Handbell Choir and organ. You will enjoy a modern message with a classic presentation.
CONTEMPORARY SERVICES | SATURDAYS 5:30 pm | SUNDAYS 10:30 am
The contemporary services are led by the POP Praise Band. Enjoy the most popular worship songs of today in a high-energy, high-tech setting. You will enjoy a modern message with a contemporary presentation.
CHILDREN'S MINISTRY
During the school year, kids are invited to participate in Children’s Ministry during the Sunday 10:30 am service. Find more information about everything Children’s Ministry has to offer here.
OUTDOOR WORSHIP
Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, join us for worship outside!
Bring a lawn chair and feel the spirit in the breeze as we sing and worship together near the small parking lot on the south side of the building.
The 8:45 am service on Sundays is always inside for those who prefer it.
WORSHIP ARTS OPPORTUNITIES
We love to incorporate art, film, choir and special music ensembles into worship. We also need volunteers to keep our livestreams top-notch. Look here for more details if you’d like to participate!
