Are you planning to use this time to learn – or to teach someone – how to sew? We’re in need of fabric face masks for Mission Outpost volunteers and Augustana Regent staff during the pandemic. If you’re interested in sewing masks you can find instructions here: Download written directions. Watch a video tutorial. Our Mission Outpost continues to provide pre-packaged food through a drive-thru model to anyone facing food insecurities during the pandemic. Mission Outpost volunteers need fabric masks to safely continue this work. Please email Linda Olson for the best way to coordinate delivery to the Mission Outpost. Prince of Peace partners with Augustana Regent to do weekly worship services and Bible studies for their residents. Augustana Regent has asked for donations of face masks to help protect their employees and save N95 masks for the direct care team when they really need them. Please contact Augustana Regent directly at 952-898-1910 to coordinate the best way to deliver your donations. Thank you.
