Here’s what has happened in the past few weeks: The southeast corner of the Worship Center at Door B has been demolished to make way for new construction. The interior of the former Child Care area and Community Room have been completely gutted for renovation into new office and small group space. We anticipate the start of the interior framing work by the end of the month. Utilities have been moved The sidewalk between the buildings was removed The new basement has been excavated. We anticipate the completion of the basement by the end of September. Structural work for the new addition will begin in October with the anticipation of the new build to be fully enclosed in January. Our construction schedule calls for substantial completion of Phase 1 of our transformation before Labor Day, 2019.
