There’s a lot that goes into planning a funeral, but making those arrangements beforehand gives you time to consider all of your options and make sure that you’re covering all of the necessary details. Preplanning lets you create your own unique life celebration and relieves your family of that burden and gives them more time and energy to focus on healing and remembrance.

October 11: Senior Safety with the Burnsville Police

The Burnsville Police will be here to talk about safety for seniors in our community. They will discuss frequently reported issues, including identity theft, mail fraud, and internet & phone scams. Bring your questions to ask our local law enforcement about how you can stay safe and aware.

October 18: Making the Decision to Move & Downsize with Gentle Transitions

Jill Freeman, Senior Move Specialist & Sorter with Gentle Transitions, will be presenting educational tips to help those considering an upcoming move or who would like to declutter for the future. From downsizing, sorting, getting rid of the excess, to packing, unpacking and resettling, you will gain valuable knowledge and a multitude of resources to help you get through the process.
