An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until January 7, 2020

Emotional Wellness (formerly Depression Support) provides group education and support — not clinical treatment. Any adult is welcome to attend to find support in dealing with difficult emotions, increase self-awareness, gain insight, develop social-emotional skills, seek to change negative behavior patterns, and improve relationships with self, others and God. Meetings Tuesdays, 6:30 – 8:00 pm Room 100A.   There will be no Emotional Wellness Support November 26.
