We are always looking for the best ways to bring you the good news of how God is working through Prince of Peace. We have made updates to the Take-it-Home Tools, the Weekly Update email, and our devotional resources including the Devotional Tools and Senior Tools. Our hope is for these changes to give you timely information and inspiration.

Monthly Direction. Formerly the Take-It-Home Tools, the Monthly Direction will be a monthly publication, featuring in-depth stories of how POP is moving UP, IN and OUT. It will also have news and upcoming events for the entire month. It will continue to be a great resource for your church life. The January Direction will come out January 4-5, and will be available every weekend in worship. It will also be available for download from

Expanded Weekly Update. On Thursday, January 2 you will receive the new, expanded Weekly Update email. It will feature an inspirational article from one of our staff members, details on the upcoming week’s events and important reminders. The Weekly Update is the main source of timely information about Prince of Peace. It is being expanded and redesigned to provide more news while being more compatible with mobile devices. If you do not already receive the Weekly Update, please sign up at in the lower left corner of our home page.

Senior Tools and Devotional Tools. We encourage you to join several staff members in using David Lose’s daily devotions from his blog “In The Meantime.” David’s blog provides a place where we can encourage each other in faith and life. It can be found at and a link will be available on our website. After the week of December 29 the Senior Tools and Devotional Tools will be discontinued.

In addition to our monthly and weekly communications, the Prince of Peace website and social media sites ( and provide current information that is available to you 24 hours a day.
