Chapel Chairs

 In Featured, Land & Building

Our beautiful Chapel will be the most widely used space on campus. This wonderful worship space will be used to celebrate the memory of a loved one at a funeral service, provide intimate space for a wedding, and accommodate overflow seating for hundreds as we celebrate the Risen Lord at Easter. This Chapel will provide a place where new ministry can be born and grow, where children can gather and celebrate their faith through Children’s Ministry, Student Ministry, Vacation Bible School and Worship Arts Camp. Groups can gather for Bible studies, events, and meetings.

We currently have temporary furnishings in our new space, but new seating is needed. Because of the wide uses in our Chapel, this new seating needs to be very durable, move easily, be stackable, and needs to slide well under a table as we set the room in tables in chairs.

Each chair costs $230. You can help us with the furnishing of this new space by making a one-time gift for the cost of a chair or give whatever you are able to give to complete our beautiful new space. You may give online – select the “Chapel Furnishing” option or put “Chapel Furnishing” in the memo line of your check.

Your generosity will provide so much more than a chair. It will provide a space for someone to discover the love and hope of Jesus in their life. Thanks for your generosity!

The Get It dONE capital campaign

The Get It dONE capital campaign was launched in February 2021 to support completion of the Chapel and create a new Mission Outpost and Childcare area. If you haven’t had a chance to respond your generosity is still needed. An additional $800,000 would bring our debt to our ideal of $2.5M. Your investment into Prince of Peace’s future is needed now. The Get It dONE campaign is about responding to God’s goodness and following God’s lead in finishing the work that we’re called to do. Please visit our Get It dONE campaign page for more information. Thank you for your generosity!
