Throughout the season of Lent, we are inviting everyone to “Come and See” how Jesus’ life and ministry changes us and how we see one another and the world around us. Holy Week marks the culmination of Lent and the most significant season for Christians around the world. It begins on the weekend of March 24-25 with Palm Sunday weekend and concludes with Easter weekend, March 31-April 1.
Help us decorate the Sanctuary for Easter by ordering an Easter plant in memory or in honor of a loved one. We will order Easter lilies, tulips and mums. You may choose a plant to take home after the 11:00 am Easter service. Cost is $20. Order online by March 20.
March 29, 7:00 pm
Maundy Thursday will be an immersive time of worship led by the choir and other worship leaders. We will contemplate the time in the Upper Room and consider the drama that unfolded. Together we will re-envision how Jesus demonstrated our calling to serve one another by washing the feet of the disciples, how he taught that the greatest would be the one who serves, and how he reminds the disciples that his mission and calling was to obey his Father, which leads to his impending death and ultimate act of service and sacrifice. This will be a powerful time of worship as we gather in community, so we invite everyone to “Come and See.” Child care is available.
March 30, noon & 7:00 pm
This compelling time of worship will focus on the significance of the cross, one of the most recognizable symbols of all times. This last service of Lent reminds us of Jesus’ crucifixion and how our sin individually and as a community continues to crucify the Body of Christ. Most often when we see a cross, it is empty; however, on Good Friday we see a cross filled with our sin…sin that we must recognize and confess. Child care is available.
March 31, 5:30 pm | April 1, 8:30, 9:45, 11:00 am
It is time to celebrate! The 40 days of Lent have led us to the resurrection of Jesus, the Messiah. We are planning a meaningful and powerful time of worship on Easter weekend. All four of our services will be the same as together our choir, instrumentalists and Pastor Jeff Marian lead us in worship. Child care is available.
Are you ready for a change? Are you ready to allow God to transform every important area of your life: spiritual, physical, mental, emotional, relational, financial and vocational? Then join us each weekend for Transformed starting April 7-8. Together we’ll open God’s Word and allow it to change the way we think about ourselves, our relationships, our health…just about everything.
Our physical campus is about ready to undergo a remarkable transformation. What better time to invest into our own transformation? New people, in a new building for a new season of mission and ministry! Join us!
Our campus is located on the Ridges campus, just north of the 35W and 35E split in Burnsville, Minnesota. There are two buildings on our campus: the Christian Life Center at the Worship Center. Worship services are held in our Sanctuary on the upper level of the Worship Center. Child care is on the lower level of the Worship Center. We’re typically a pretty casual bunch, but we get a little more dressed up for Easter weekend. We invite you to dress according to your comfort level, whether that’s your “Sunday best” or blue jeans. We won’t judge. Come as you are!
